Welcome to Godknights.com!  We hope you explore the many tools and features whose purpose is you attaining a deeper and closer relationship with God, His Word, and a more active and vibrant prayer life.  Our hope is that you join the army of Godknights and begin praying for others’ needs.

Qualifications of a GodKnight:

  • Confess God as the only supreme God

    - Deuteronomy 4:39, “Know therefore today, and take it to your heart, that the Lord, He is God in heaven above and on the earth below; there is no other.”(NASB) 1 Kings 8:60, “That all the people of the earth may know that the Lord is God, and that there is none else.”(KJV)

  • Confess Jesus as the promised Messiah and Savior

    -Romans 10:9, “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved;”(NASB) 1 John 4:15, “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.”(NASB)

  • Confess the Bible is the Word of God and a Godknight’s sword

    -2 Timothy 3:16-17, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”(NIV) Ephesians 6:17, “Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”(NIV)

  • Be non-judgmental and accepting

    -Luke 6:37, “Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:”( KJV) Romans 14:1, “Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not for the purpose of passing judgment on his opinions.”(NASB)

  • Be an encouragement to others

    -1 Thessalonians 5:11, 14; “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all.”(ESV)

  • Act in prayerful unity and agreement

    -Matthew 18:19-20, “Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them."(ESV) Psalm 133:1, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”(KJV)

  • And most important, pray for others

    -Ephesians 6:18,”And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.” 1 Timothy 2:1, “I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone” (both NIV)
