The GodKnights Code

All orders of Knights throughout history have lived and continue to live by a code. Usually this code consists of vows each Knight accepts and chooses to live by. Below is The Godknights code of vows.

Godknights are:

    • NOBLE PRAYER WARRIORS-1 Peter 2:9, “ But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.” (ESV) Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (KJV)

    • FAITHFUL AND RIGHTEOUS-1 Thessalonians 5:24, “Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.”(NASB) Psalm 11:7, “For the Lord is righteous; He loves righteousness; The upright will behold His face.”(NASB)

    • CONFIDENT-Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”(NKJV) Jeremiah 29:12, “Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.”(KJV)

    • EXPECTANT-John 14:12-14, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”(KJV)

    • PERSISTANT-Galatians 6:9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”(KJV) Ephesians 6:18, “With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints”(NASB)

    • HUMBLE-James 4:6, “But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble."(NIV) James 4:10, “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”(KJV)

  • VIRTUROUS-Colossians 3:12-15, “Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.”(NKJV)
